Fitstep classes start on Monday, 22nd September 2014 and will be held from 9.30 am to 10.25 am.
Created and designed in 2013 by the “Strictly Come Dancing” stars, Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from a dance prospective and Swimming Champion Mark Foster, who knows everything there is to know about fitness and nutrition. FITSTEPS takes the graceful steps of Ballroom and up tempo steps of Latin, mixed with the latest, proven ways to get fit fast, creating a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit. FITSTEPS is based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances. It’s a fun, easy to learn dance/fitness class - you don’t need to be able to dance and you don’t need a partner.
